Role Description
The position covers classical controlling responsibilities for local entities:

Own and deliver end-to-end controlling activities for assigned Business Unit(s) with full P&L responsibility (Revenue & Cost).

Take full ownership of key controlling processes (e.g. closing, forecasting), ensuring effective coordination across functions and driving timelines, inputs, and deliverables.

Challenge financial results and underlying assumptions; proactively investigate deviations and perform deep-dive analyses when needed.

Consolidate complex financial information into clear, structured, and concise insights for senior management.

Provide actionable recommendations, highlighting key risks and opportunities to support decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting standards, and tools.

Maintain a holistic understanding of the organization and end-to-end business operations.

Develop and enhance reporting solutions using tools such as MS Power BI, SAP, and SQL.
Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.

Strong understanding of business processes and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Proven experience in managing and coordinating financial processes (e.g., forecasting, closing).

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex situations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to interact with senior leadership.

Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced analytics and visualization).

Hands-on experience with SAP, SQL, and/or MS Power BI.

Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Fluent English (both written and spoken).

MSc or BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
