Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant with strong QuickBooks Online expertise and advanced Excel skills to support a U.S.-based property management business. This role focuses on day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining high accuracy, and providing month-end support while working closely with a U.S.-based finance team.

• Daily bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks Online
• Accurate transaction coding and account reconciliations
• Accounts payable management and payment processing
• Month-end close support and basic financial reporting assistance
• Light administrative accounting tasks as needed
• Learn and work within U.S. property management software (training provided)

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
• Prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Requirements

• Nice to Have: Property management accounting experience
• Experience working with multi-entity QuickBooks Online environments
