[Hiring] Senior Bookkeeper @DCX

Role Description

We are looking for a Home-Based Senior Bookkeeper to join a growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will own the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including:

• Daily banking and cash-flow reporting
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciliations
• Payroll coordination
• Sales-tax support

This is a key role for someone who takes pride in clean records, timely reporting, and being a reliable financial partner to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• CPA or bookkeeping certification is an advantage.
• 4–6 years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based small or medium-sized businesses.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Requirements

• Proficient in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
• Experience with payroll platforms such as Paychex (or similar, e.g., ADP, Gusto).
• Familiarity with U.S. sales tax, 401(k) reporting, and year-end requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills (reconciliations, reports, pivot tables, lookups).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to quickly learn new and proprietary systems.
