[Hiring] Senior Billing Specialist @Flexera

Role Description

We are currently searching for a Senior Billing Specialist for our office located in Bangalore, India. The primary goal of the Senior Billing Specialist will be to invoice the customer in a timely manner accurately, address customer queries, and other billing-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling billing activities, mainly consumption-based billing.
• Handling usage-based billings, including Direct & AWS/Azure Marketplace billing.
• Generating invoices and sending them to clients.
• Validating every PO or ordering document with respect to amount, account, address, currency, etc.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities.
• Handling AR email box for resolving queries.
• Handling credit memo and rebill requests.
• Performing daily analysis and reviewing exception reports.
• Creating and performing ad hoc queries and analyses.
• Ability to provide process improvement ideas.
• Providing support for external audits.
• Special projects as required by management.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (MBA/M.Com) in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 - 6 years of relevant experience is a must.
• Exceptional written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with NetSuite and Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Ability to break down complex issues and tailor communication style to a range of audiences, including non-accountants, and to clearly articulate ideas, solutions, and conclusions to stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively and work well with colleagues across businesses and geographies in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills to have client calls to resolve issues.
