Role Description

The Nursing Senior Auditor leads complex audits, mentors junior auditors, and ensures compliance with clinical and financial standards. The role enhances revenue cycle performance by identifying systemic issues and recommending improvements.

• Leads audits of complex cases and high-risk claims.
• Reviews escalated audit findings and provides expert guidance.
• Mentors and trains junior nursing auditors.
• Collaborates with compliance and revenue cycle leadership on audit strategies.
• Prepares comprehensive reports and presents findings to senior management.
• Identifies trends and recommends process improvements to reduce risk.

• Experience in nursing and auditing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
