Role Description
We're looking to bring on an experienced, fast-moving financial expert to support Hallow as we grow to the next level. You'll run as a team of one, work directly with our CFO, and own the financial model behind our biggest decisions.
What You'll Do

Own the Model:
Youβll own our long-term, 3-statement monthly operating model, build forecasts with the executive team, and keep our scenario planning current. You'll explain where reality diverged from projections and operate on a tight cadence around Board reporting and executive team reviews.

Drive Budgeting:
Youβll work with department heads and the executive team to build annual + quarterly budgets and targets. Collaborate with the accounting team on monthly budget-to-actual reviews.

Run Financial & Operational Analytics:
Youβll own our monthly customer cohort model, run weekly and monthly financial KPI reviews, and conduct one-off analyses to identify operational improvements.

Automate Planning:
Youβll lead the transformation toward an AI-native finance tech stack and automated financial planning and analysis processes.

Support Financing and Capital Markets:
Work with the executive team to identify partnership and financing opportunities, support due diligence processes, and build pro forma business cases for potential strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Passion: Excited and passionate about our mission.

Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, plus 3+ years as a financial analyst or associate or equivalent (e.g., investment banking, private equity, corp dev).

Compensation Range
$125,000-$150,000 USD per year. This range includes cash compensation only. Each full-time employee in the U.S. also receives equity compensation and a top-tier benefits package (e.g., unlimited PTO, insurance, remote-flexible work, fully paid parental leave, 401(k) match, and stipends for spiritual development, health & wellness, home-office, and learning).
The above range for cash compensation refers to base salary for a U.S.-based candidate. All full-time employees are also eligible for a discretionary bonus at the end of each fiscal year. These ranges are initial estimates and may vary depending on market or location.
