Role Description
We’re looking for a
Senior Accountant Manager
to own and scale our global accounting operations. This is a high-impact role at the core of our finance function, you will be a core member of the finance team, handling the day-to-day accounting operations across the group and working closely with the Financial Controller. You will also act as a key operational link between finance, the sales team, and our clients, ensuring smooth invoicing and responsive client support.
Qualifications

3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a multi-entity or international environment

Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent in progress)

Solid understanding of VAT rules and tax compliance across different jurisdictions

Hands-on experience with cloud-based accounting tools (Xero is a plus)

Confident working with multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange postings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in high-volume environments

Good communication skills: able to liaise professionally with clients and internal teams

Autonomous and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely

Experience supporting a sales team with invoicing or billing processes is an advantage
Requirements

Process and maintain the general ledger entries across all group entities on a day-to-day basis

Support local accountants on preparing monthly VAT returns and assist in coordinating tax filings across the 8 international entities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate records

Support the Financial Controller in the month-end and year-end close processes

Handle multi-currency bank reconciliations and intercompany transaction postings

Support the sales team with client invoicing: preparing, reviewing, and issuing invoices accurately

Serve as a point of contact for client billing queries, resolving questions in a professional and timely manner

Maintain organised and audit-ready financial records across all entities
-
Assist in preparing schedules and documentation for external auditors

Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting workflows and systems

Execute the group's payment cycles, using Payhawk, Wise, and other banking providers

Process payroll, local property host payments, vendor invoices, and customer reimbursements; ensure each payment has proper approval documentation and supporting backup before submission for final approval

Manage accounts payable and receivable; chase outstanding items and maintain clean aged balances

Support local accountants on monthly VAT returns and tax filings; coordinate documentation flow between local advisors and the Controller

Contribute to documentation of payment SOPs, controls, and recurring workflows; help operationalize improvements identified by the Controller

Maintain audit-ready records and assist with external auditor information requests

100% on-time tax and VAT filings across all jurisdictions

Accurate consolidated financial statements delivered monthly with no material errors

Invoicing processes standardized, with ≥98% accuracy and timely issuance

Client billing inquiries resolved within defined SLAs

Internal controls and accounting policies documented and implemented across all entities

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll report directly to
Tyler
, our CFO, who brings deep experience scaling finance functions in global, remote-first companies. You’ll work closely with him and the broader finance team, as well as collaborate with sales, operations, and external advisors across multiple countries.
