[Hiring] Senior Accountant @Natus

Role Description

Natus is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with an active CPA designation to join our Finance team and play an important role in the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting. This is a hands-on role with exposure well beyond the general ledger.

• Support month-end and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, consolidated audits, international statutory reporting, and process improvement.
• Partner with Finance teams across the organization.
• Build international accounting experience by supporting Natus legal entities in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA designation required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience within a multinational organization.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience supporting a consolidated annual audit under U.S. GAAP.
• Experience supporting statutory reporting requirements for international legal entities.
• Knowledge and practical application of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience working in a cloud/SaaS accounting environment.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter who takes initiative, owns their work, and follows through.

Requirements

• Experience within a manufacturing organization.
• Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Experience using BlackLine for account reconciliations.
• Experience working directly with international Finance teams and external auditors.
