Role Description
This position supports general ledger accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and annual audits within the accounting team.
Responsibilities

Perform month-end close procedures, including balance sheet, revenue, and expense reconciliations.

Assist with customer profitability analysis and make the necessary corrections.

Perform weekly cash flow analysis.

Assist with reporting for federal tax preparation and annual audits.

Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Perform Accounts Receivable functions, including check deposit, customer receipt/credit memo application, and resolution of any payment issues.

File WA B&O taxes, including annual Nexus apportionment reconciliation.

Administration of corporate credit cards, Concur expense reporting, and employee reimbursement.

Process vendor invoices by verifying transaction information, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment.

Liaise with the team to improve financial procedures.

Manage the annual 1099 reporting process, including audit of vendor payment coding.

Assist with company bank account(s), loans, and credit accounts.

Monitor email inboxes and resolve issues as necessary.

Maintain the customer and vendor database in the accounting system.

Share knowledge and train other team members.

Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
-
5-7 years of accounting experience.
-
This position requires up to 5% travel.

Compensation
Seattle, Washington Pay Range: $100,000 β $100,000 USD.
