[Hiring] Securities Reconciliation Associate @Kelmar Associates

Role Description

The Securities Reconciliation Associate will be responsible for performing research and analysis related to client unclaimed property records. This is a remote position.

• Training on Kelmar’s securities reconciliation approach, methodology & tools
• Ability to articulate and communicate with team supervisors
• Perform research on corporate history of publicly traded companies
• Analyze client records and determine steps needed to reconcile out of balance stock holdings
• Apply updates in state unclaimed property systems
• Format and normalize data to client reporting expectations
• Data entry of financial statements

Qualifications

• Related experience working with financial data is preferred
• Associate’s Degree
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software; experience in database software
• Strong communication and business writing skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to independently prioritize work assignments according to specified criteria
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now and in the future
