[Hiring] SAP Record to Report Project Accounting @RTX

Role Description

Partner with our digital & system integration team to support build, testing, and deployment activities for the Corporate/Enterprise Services instance of S4 HANA.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to harmonize future-state business processes.
• Partner with RTX Business Units, Enterprise Services and Corporate Functions on development of future state process improvements.
• Support key system implementation activities impacting General Ledger and broader financial integration.
• Review Corporate ledger data to prepare for S4 implementation.
• Support Corporate Accounting updates to Standard Work to reflect new S4 processes.
• Drive alignment across Enterprise Services and Corporate Functions.
• Support change management efforts aligned with the oneRTX vision.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in aerospace & defense finance, particularly within R2R functions.
• Strong background in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
• Travel up to ~25% as needed.

Requirements

• Familiarity with FAR and Government Accounting (preferred).
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally with SAP (preferred).
