[Hiring] SAP Financial Consolidation Consultant @PROSTAFF Schweiz GmbH

Role Description

For a client project, we are looking for an experienced SAP Financial Consolidation Senior Consultant. The role is fully remote within the EU, with the requirement to work during CET business hours. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on implementation experience in SAP Financial Consolidation, combined with a solid understanding of financial consolidation, accounting principles, and reporting processes.

• Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of SAP Financial Consolidation, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-go-live support
• Analyse complex financial consolidation and reporting requirements and translate them into SAP system design and configuration
• Configure key consolidation components, including data entry schedules, dimension builders, consolidation rules, eliminations, and intercompany reconciliations
• Work closely with finance, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and successful delivery
• Conduct system testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure accurate consolidated financial data
• Prepare documentation and deliver training for end-users and client teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, system optimisations, and upgrades within SAP Financial Consolidation

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience implementing SAP Financial Consolidation
• Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation configuration, data integration, and reporting
• Solid understanding of financial consolidation processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Familiarity with SAP FI/CO modules is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and proven client-facing experience
• Detail-oriented problem solver with a structured and independent working style
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
