[Hiring] Revenue Operations Analyst @OpenLoop Health

Role Description

OpenLoop is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Processing membership fee payments
• Monthly billings for staffing services
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Supporting the finance team with reporting and analysis

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing operations, healthcare finance, or revenue cycle management (startup experience a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to support both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in a healthtech or digital health startup
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMS regulations)
• Familiarity with automation tools and reporting dashboards

Requirements

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate membership fee payments to partners in a timely manner
• Manage accounts receivable, including posting payments, responding to inquiries, and following up on outstanding claims
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements, industry regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with providers, patients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Generate financial and operational reports related to billing and collections
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline billing processes
• Other duties as assigned
