Responsibilities include:

Identifying root causes of charge inefficiencies

Developing corrective action plans

Implementing process improvements to ensure accurate and consistent charge capture

Evaluating charging practices

Maintaining the Charge Description Master

Ensuring compliance with evolving coding and billing regulations
-
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance hospital net revenue
-
Leading operational improvement initiatives
-
Providing analytical insights into billing errors, denials, and claim edits
-
Educating on best practices
-
Conducting quality assurance
-
Leveraging data trends to identify opportunities for training and revenue enhancement
-
Partnering with client leadership to strengthen charge capture methodologies
-
Supporting system conversions

Fostering strong client relationships through regular rounding and site visits

Driving efficiencies in the revenue cycle
Qualifications

Experience in revenue cycle management
