Role Description

The Revenue Integrity Associate Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial health of both acute and non‑acute organizations by managing:

• Charge master
• Regulatory code changes
• Work queues
• Charge capture
• Reconciliation
• Reporting
• Analytical trending

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying root causes of charge inefficiencies
• Developing corrective action plans
• Implementing process improvements to ensure accurate and consistent charge capture
• Evaluating charging practices
• Maintaining the Charge Description Master
• Ensuring compliance with evolving coding and billing regulations
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance hospital net revenue
• Leading operational improvement initiatives
• Providing analytical insights into billing errors, denials, and claim edits
• Educating on best practices
• Conducting quality assurance
• Leveraging data trends to identify opportunities for training and revenue enhancement
• Partnering with client leadership to strengthen charge capture methodologies
• Supporting system conversions
• Fostering strong client relationships through regular rounding and site visits
• Driving efficiencies in the revenue cycle

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle management
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of coding and billing regulations
