[Hiring] Revenue Integrity Analyst @BJC HealthCare

Role Description

The Revenue Integrity Analyst supports the Revenue Integrity Department and is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of entity charge masters, revenue usage reporting, and charge capture processes. This role partners closely with Hospital Service Lines and Revenue Cycle departments to ensure accurate maintenance, reporting, and operational support within the Epic Hospital Billing system.

• Analyze charge master data
• Monitor revenue utilization
• Support charging workflows to promote compliance, consistency, and reimbursement optimization
• Assist with financial analyses detailing gross and net revenue impacts
• Ensure standardized charging methodologies, market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and maximum reimbursement opportunities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle functions and charging practices. Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and Revenue Codes is highly preferred. Experience supporting clinical and operational workflows in areas such as:

• Rehabilitation Therapy
• Radiology
• Radiation Oncology
• Laboratory Services
• Respiratory Care
• Wound Care
• Nutrition Services
• Endoscopy/GI
• Emergency Department
• Other hospital service lines

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools, is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of experience
