[Hiring] Revenue Cycle Biller @CVS Health

Role Description

As a Revenue Cycle Biller, you will play an integral role in delivering cost effective solutions for our patients by billing Home Infusion and DME claims and invoices to governmental and commercial insurance companies for reimbursement for our patients’ insurance claims.

• Ensure timely and accurate review and claim submission on all patient accounts subject to medical policies.
• Escalate billing issues to leadership.
• Maintain timely communication with internal departments and external pharmacies.
• Interface with insurance companies via web portal to check claim statuses.
• Submit initial or secondary bills to insurance companies while maintaining quality and productivity requirements.
• Utilize home infusion software, payer portals, and other systems, in addition to critical thinking skills, to ensure a high quality of work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations (including billing, collections, credits, cash, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in billing or collections for Home Infusion or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) claims.
• 2+ years of experience working with commercial insurance companies and/or governmental payers, including Medicare and Medicaid.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience with healthcare billing and reimbursement systems, such as Epic, CPR+, and/or Caretend.
