[Hiring] Revenue Analyst @Kasa

Role Description

As a Revenue Management Analyst / Senior Analyst at Kasa, you'll maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties.

• Work closely with, and report into, the Lead Revenue Manager as part of Kasa’s Revenue Management Team.
• Collaborate to develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation.
• Utilize strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Engage with property partners and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and financial strategy, to drive growth and profitability across Kasa's US-based portfolio.

Requirements

• Understand market and demand drivers to forecast competitive set’s Year-Over-Year RevPAR Change for the next 90-120 days.
• Design, implement, monitor, and execute yield strategies aimed at driving profitability and growing RevPAR Index.
• Monitor market performance, communicate proactively, and pivot strategies to achieve positive RevPAR Index Change and financial forecasts.
• Create and distribute weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio weekly pickup, the impact of current strategies, and suggestions for new strategies.
• Conduct forecast processes to ensure financial forecasts are within +/- 3% of actuals.
• Drive Length-Of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix to help increase Net Revenue and Operating Profit Year-Over-Year.
