Role Description
Execute high-level general ledger account reconciliations, accurate reporting, and data verification, enabling senior staff to analyze options and make financial decisions aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Accounting or Business Accounting or Finance desired.

Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.

Superior organization and time management skills for prioritizing and managing multiple projects.

Strong written and oral communication skills as well as proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, and General Ledger Accounting systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
-
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
-
Experience in Audit accounting process.

Knowledge of GAAP a plus.
Requirements

Monitor policies and procedures for assigned departments, and identify and suggest improvements for reconciliation processes, accounting reporting and procedures.

Journal Entries: adjustments and reclassifications.

Accruals.

Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Audit reports.

Month end Close process.

Ad Hoc reports.

Perform high-level general ledger account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and report, identify, and correct errors made by both internal and external personnel.

Support timely monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of accounts.

Prepare special financial reports as requested by management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

Work Environment

A designated workspace which allows the Team Member to focus, preferably with a desk or worktable, comfortable chair, and good lighting.
Physical Requirements
