Role Description

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
• Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial data management.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
• Generate financial reports and assist with accounting-related tasks.
• Organize and maintain accounting documentation.
• Collaborate with the client to support ongoing accounting and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
• Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting support.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Must be comfortable working via remote access on the client's computer.
• Strong understanding of data confidentiality and security practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be available during EST business hours.
