Role Description

• Project Financial Management:
  • Ability to manage budgets, monitor expenditures, perform forecasting, and maintain financial controls to support project profitability and compliance.
• Time and Resource Management:
  • Ability to administer timesheet processes, resource allocation records, and labor tracking activities to ensure accurate project costing.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Ability to consolidate, analyze, and present financial and operational data to support business decision-making.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, finance leaders, and global stakeholders to achieve project objectives and compliance requirements.
• Project Control and Governance:
  • Ability to execute established project control processes, monitor adherence to standards, and identify operational risks or discrepancies.

• Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies):
  • SAP Administration:
    • Knowledge of financial and project administration processes within SAP to support project financial structures and billing management.
  • Agile Delivery Analytics:
    • Ability to interpret Agile metrics and delivery data to support project cost monitoring and resource planning.
  • Process Improvement and Automation:
    • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve accuracy, productivity, and governance.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification/s:
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Preferred: CAPM (Certified associate in project management), PMP (Project Management Professional).
• Professional Qualification/s:
  • Open to fresh graduates interested in building a career in project management and project controls.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project control within a project management environment is preferred.
  • Experience in budget management, financial forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Experience supporting time tracking, resource administration, and project governance processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exposure to enterprise tools such as SAP, JIRA, and PowerApps is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
