  • Perform administrative and coordination tasks as needed, including meeting scheduling, data organization, and knowledge management support.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct financial forecasting, including ETC/EAC development and driver-based labor forecasting, and interpret trends to support decision-making.
  • Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Clearance: Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance.
  • Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's (or equivalent) in Business/Finance preferred with 3 - 7 years of relevant experience.

  • Solid knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, including ETC/EAC development.
  • Working knowledge of FFP, T&M, and Cost Plus contract structures.
  • Experience with ERP systems (JAMIS/Costpoint preferred) for labor planning, project setup, and cost tracking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Effective working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal oversight in a changing, developing organizational environment.
  • Skilled in prioritization and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Clear communicator with adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management.
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes.

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • NCMA or CCMA Certification.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Both Costpoint and JAMIS ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of government contracts and financial regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS).
  • Demonstrated interest in government contracting or financial management, with an eye toward long-term program or portfolio finance growth.

Benefits
