Role Description
Support the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the two indirect procurement towers, indirect services & indirect supply chain. Provide thought leadership and analytical skills to inform data-driven decisions to support all key indirect tower sourcing activities. Through a deep understanding of business processes, markets, and challenges, develop new methods of data mining, model creation and analytics, to deliver insights and direction to the indirect tower teams and other key stakeholders.
Provide planning, analysis, and reporting support for the commodity hedging program in the commodity tower. Partnering with three tower teams responsible for supporting the annual spend and managing required items and suppliers. Accountable for ensuring the integrity of all the indirect financial reporting and tracking. This position is also accountable for managing and analyzing the total procurement productivity tracker.
This position serves as a consultant to support the initiative to develop the methodology, processes and reporting capabilities for total supply chain productivity measurement and tracking.
Responsibilities

Support the annual/monthly planning and reporting cycles for the indirect towers that address inflation/deflation and productivity offsets impacting the respective categories for planning purposes. Develop tools to analyze and communicate results to the tower, PLT and SLT.

Create, maintain, and distribute all agreed upon indirect towers reports and trackers. Develop new reports and trackers to ensure ongoing relevance, usefulness and accuracy.

Develop analyses and provide insights for Indirect towers and category strategies to address growth, productivity, risk management and continuous improvement and development.

Inform the Procurement DASHBOARDS including delivering data and analytics.

Create key metrics and tools that measure and report on indirect Productivity initiatives that improve our total cost of ownership and overall efficiencies through RFPβs, alternate supplier development, specification optimization, supplier relationship management and negotiation.

Gather economic indicators and other information from various sources and assess its impact on the business.

Manage detailed productivity tracker for all indirect initiatives. Develop and communicate savings methodologies and categorizations, approve all estimates and assumptions and track and report the flow of impact to the financials. Partner with FP&A to ensure alignment.

Partnering with other procurement towers, manage central tracking and reporting for all productivity initiatives in Procurement. Approve all savings calculations, methodologies, and categorizations before inclusion on the central tracker.

Ensure that business processes being used support accurate data input into SAP at all levels of the organization.

Complete special projects as assigned.

Build and maintain a positive image of the Company by displaying ethical business practices and by involvement in community business related activities.

Support the ERP+ DIGITAL SAP integration efforts related to the procurement team and the CoE.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in Finance and/or business-related functions supporting manufacturing and procurement.

Bachelorβs degree in a related field, required; MBA preferred.

Salary Range
$90,000 - $110,000
