[Hiring] Procure to Pay Operations Associate @Accenture

Role Description

• 熟悉PTP流程，包括且不限于员工报销，差旅和费用，具有较好的沟通能力.
• 采购到付款的供应商发票校验及相关账务处理，确保信息准确无误.
• 定期与供应商进行账目核对，发送并接收对账单，积极沟通解决对账差异。
• 熟练使用财务软件（SAP）和办公软件（如Excel），SAP经验优先。
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
• 能够灵活应对客户的业务要求。
• 有责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力，对BPO行业了解，希望未来长期稳定在BPO行业发展。

Qualifications

• 财务、会计相关专业优先或财务工作经验。
• 具备1年以上应付账款相关工作经验，熟悉企业付款或差旅报销流程优先。
• 英文读写水平。
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能熟练运用办公软件；必须有SAP经验。
• 工作细心、认真负责，具备较强的团队合作精神。
• 具备一定的抗压能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境。
