Role Description

We are seeking a Private Equity – M&A Transition Advisor to lead end-to-end sell-side M&A transactions for healthcare practices across the U.S. This is a high-impact, high-upside role that combines client-facing advisory with deep financial and deal structuring work. This role is designed for a top-tier investment banking or private equity professional who thrives in deal execution, financial rigor, and high-stakes negotiation environments.

This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of deal execution — from valuation and financial analysis through buyer negotiations and successful close.

Qualifications

• Three (3+) years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or M&A Advisory.
• Transaction & Deal Experience (Foundational)
• Operational & Integration Expertise (Critical for Transition)
• Strategic & Analytical Capabilities
• Financial Acumen
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Program & Project Management
• Technical & Systems Familiarity
• Private Equity
• Investment Banking (M&A)
• Strategy Consulting (M&A integration focus)
• Middle-market PE deals ($20M–$500M EV)
• Founder-led business transitions
• CPA, CFA, or MBA (preferred but not required)
• Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States
