Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
-
3 to 5 years of marketing experience, with exposure to marketing systems, analytics, and pricing
-
Knowledge of pricing margins and raw material cost relationships
-
Experience in retail and high-volume distribution, an advantage
-
Knowledge of the plumbing industry with an interest in do-it-yourself (DIY) products, an advantage
-
Strong writing skills with experience developing high-quality customer-facing materials
-
Strong verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and MS Project
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand key business processes and related issues
-
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
-
Ability to apply rigorous logic and structured methods to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions
Requirements

Manage customer pricing and margins for existing items, including annual price adjustments
-
Adjust pricing to reflect changes in raw material costs
-
Prepare price and cost analyses as needed
-
Prepare pricing for customer proposals within defined parameters
-
Manage item pricing within internal systems
-
Coordinate annual price list production and customer distribution
-
Coordinate new-item PDM setup
-
Coordinate item and SKU change processes
-
Support marketing-related reporting through customer data platforms
-
Facilitate CRM team meetings
-
Manage customer projects
-
Improve operational efficiency through the design, optimization, and implementation of enhancements to existing and new financial models
-
Perform other related duties as assigned
