Role Description
The Analyst, Pricing Analytics, will create pricing analytics reporting and pricing automation tools. This is an individual contributor role with the autonomy to design and build a suite of new reporting and business insights, with a focus on leveraging AI. You will also research and document complex data issues, support historical data remediation, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and change management. This role supports data accuracy and data governance policies and reports to the Senior Director, Pricing Analytics and Data Governance.

Design and build global pricing analytics reporting and automated pricing tools.

Research, document, and communicate complex data issues related to historical contract data, offline pricing data, and go-forward data collection processes.

Develop documentation (data definitions, business rules, process flows, data lineage) to support governance, training, and scalability.

Collaborate cross-functionally to understand end-to-end pricing and contracting processes and support change management.

Define requirements and success metrics for new pricing dashboards, KPIs, and self-service reporting experiences.

Build standardized datasets/data models to enable consistent pricing, discount, and contract analytics across regions/products.

Support historical data remediation efforts: prioritize issues, define clean-up rules, and validate corrected outputs with stakeholders.

Establish and monitor an ongoing reporting cadence for leadership (monthly/quarterly pricing performance, discount trends, renewal pricing insights).

Create and maintain data quality checks (reconciliations, exception reporting, audit trails) to ensure pricing and contract data accuracy.

Prototype and evaluate AI-enabled use cases (e.g., anomaly detection, contract term extraction, pricing recommendations) in partnership with stakeholders.

Manage an intake and delivery backlog for analytics and automation enhancements, aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs Degree in Finance or Data-related field

1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, financial modeling, and/or data analytics

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience designing dashboards and analytical data models (e.g., BI semantic layers) that enable self-service reporting.

Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, SQL is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $75K to $85K. This range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
