[Hiring] PMO Consultant (Finance & Reporting) @Capco

Role Description

• Coordinate financial and project controlling activities
• Analyze and consolidate data into management-ready insights
• Prepare executive reporting (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Ensure governance across risk, issue, and change management
• Align stakeholders and support project managers on PMO standards and tools
• Work with systems such as SAP and Clarity

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance PMO, ideally in IT environments
• Strong financial knowledge (e.g., accruals, capitalization, cost allocation)
• Advanced skills in SAP, Clarity, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Experience in complex, international programs and stakeholder environments
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Fluency in English and German
