Role Description

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? Join our team as an Accounting Clerk and contribute to the smooth financial operations of our establishment. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can assist with various accounting tasks, including:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing and reconciling financial statements and reports
• Assisting with payroll processing and expense tracking
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to accounting principles and procedures
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
