[Hiring] OPTN Registration Fee Support Specialist @PCI Professional Services

Role Description

Provides administrative and operational support for the Organ Procurement & Transplantation Network (OPTN) registration fee activities, including:

• Hospital information maintenance
• Fee tracking
• Reconciliation support
• Correspondence management
• Reporting
• Debt referral documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, operations, management, or related field
• 3+ years of administrative, financial, operations, or program support experience
• Experience maintaining records and performing data validation activities
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
• Ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements

• Experience supporting fee administration, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, or financial tracking processes
• Experience supporting Federal agencies
• Experience with healthcare, transplantation, or regulatory programs
• Experience preparing audit or compliance documentation
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform tools
