[Hiring] Operations Finance Data & Reporting Analyst I @Worldwide Clinical Trials

Role Description

The Operations Finance Data & Reporting Analyst I will prepare analyses and metrics for reporting both internally to management. Enhance business tools to create automation in process. Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment using creative techniques to solve problems and address challenges raised by project teams, clients, and management.

• Perform Project setup and maintenance activities
• Assist with maintaining corporate data standards for the Project Finance team
• Support ERP system data integrity
• Analyze operational project data as it pertains to relevant financial metrics
• Provide reporting out of ERP system internally
• Ad hoc support for projects and report revenue
• Manage the timekeeping process in ERP system and ensure all time submitted is approved in a timely manner including follow-up with resources and managers
• Support preparation of monthly Invoices/Billing events

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI a plus)
• Experience working in various General Ledger and/or PSA applications (NetSuite and Certinia a plus)
• Ability to organize and present data in a meaningful way
• Enhanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to handle & meet deadlines and juggle competing obligations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
• Commitment to excellence and high standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in operational/project finance role
• Experience in process automation is preferred
• Background in Clinical Research is preferred
• Experience in accounting is preferred
