Role Description

We are seeking professionals with experience in Operational Finance & Assurance (FP&A), including:

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial reporting
• Variance analysis
• Reconciliations
• Month-end close
• Project financials
• Financial controls
• KPI reporting
• Business performance analysis

In this role, you will apply your expertise to:

• Evaluate AI-generated financial analyses
• Identify inaccuracies
• Help improve the quality, accuracy, and reasoning of advanced AI models

This is a temporary, project-based contract opportunity supporting an active AI training and evaluation initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in one of the listed financial disciplines
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Ability to evaluate complex financial concepts and explain reasoning clearly
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate (preferred)
• ACCA, ACA, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or similar credentials (preferred)
• Experience in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, budgeting, investment analysis, or quantitative research (preferred)
• Experience reviewing technical content, research, or analytical reports (preferred)
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, data annotation, or model evaluation projects (preferred)

Benefits

• Compensation: $5.00-$9.00 USD per hour
