Role Description

As a Managed Services NetSuite Consultant, you will lead and understand a client’s subscription terminology, gather requirements, configure, test, and walk the client through end-to-end processes and train end users. Industry experience in the software and vertical services are preferred.

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consulting Manager – Financials with deep functional expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, Multi-Entity/OneWorld, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM). The ideal candidate will lead complex client engagements, drive financial transformation initiatives, and deliver scalable NetSuite ERP solutions for enterprise organizations with multi-entity and global operations.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong functional consulting expertise, project delivery experience, and the ability to mentor consulting teams while supporting pre-sales initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite Financials implementations for enterprise clients.
• Conduct discovery workshops to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and implement NetSuite Financial modules, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Chart of Accounts Design
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Cash Management
  • Fixed Assets
  • Financial Reporting
  • Multi-Book Accounting
  • Multi-Entity/OneWorld
  • Intercompany Transactions & Eliminations
  • Currency Management & Consolidation
  • Financial Close & Period-End Processes
  • Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
• Lead functional design sessions and recommend best-practice financial processes.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide onshore and offshore consulting teams during implementation and support engagements.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and reporting requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture.
• Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in NetSuite Functional Consulting with strong expertise in Financials.
• Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite Financial Management for enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of:

  • Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Chart of Accounts

  • Multi-Book Accounting

• Experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience leading functional consulting teams and managing client engagements.

Requirements

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is preferred.
• NetSuite Financial User or Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Experience with SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Financial Dashboards, and reporting.
• Exposure to integrations with Salesforce, payroll, banking, tax, or third-party financial systems.
• Consulting or professional services background.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, and proposal development.
