[Hiring] Mortgage Loan Processor @All Western Mortgage

Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join our top-producing team and assist our loan officers with the front-end work. You're responsible for taking the client from the time of initial application until they get an accepted offer on a home.

• Pull credit and recommend a loan program to the senior loan officer.
• Maintain at least weekly contact with the buyer.
• Work with clients to obtain documents for the preapproval process.
• Shepherd the file through our underwriter-verified preapproval program.
• Update preapprovals as needed.
• Answer questions about transactions for clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist borrowers in determining the best mortgage type based on the interview and situation.
• Decide the creditworthiness and complete the mortgage loan application by working with the borrower to obtain necessary and verified financial documentation, such as credit reports.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum loan origination or processing experience.
• Willing to work flexible hours if needed for client contact.
• Friendly, upbeat personality.
• NMLS license or the ability to obtain a license within 60 days of employment.
• Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans.
• Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement.
