[Hiring] Manager, FP&A and Strategic Finance @CHA

Role Description

In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with senior leadership, support capital allocation decisions, and contribute to corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions. What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and maintenance of short-term and long-range cash flow forecasts to support strategic business planning and liquidity management.
• Partner with leadership on annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial planning initiatives across the organization.
• Build and enhance free cash flow and integrated three-statement financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate liquidity trends, funding requirements, and working capital performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support treasury activities, including cash management, banking relationships, debt compliance, and balance optimization.
• Maintain budgeted and forecasted balance sheet models while analyzing key balance sheet accounts and business drivers.
• Support corporate development initiatives through M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and pro forma analysis.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and Board materials that provide meaningful insights into financial performance and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or treasury required.
• Advanced expertise in three-statement financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning tools.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Salary Range

$130,000 - $150,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
