[Hiring] Manager, Business Systems and Transformation -- Finance @RTX

Role Description

You will:

• Work with other SAP cross-functional groups to complete large production enhancement projects.
• Support SAP Finance implementation, including:
• Configuring SAP Finance modules
• Conducting system testing
• Troubleshooting issues
• Providing end user support
• Support break/Fix tickets and questions from the business in the following areas:
• SAP
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivables
• Asset Accounting
• Tax
• Support various SAP finance interfaces such as Concur, Hyperion, and tax.
• Work with the ABAP development and interface teams to resolve system functionality issues.
• Identify and work on system operation improvements, translating business requirements into SAP configurations and processes.
• Collaborate with SAP Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, and Project Management Groups to manage and document digital technology solutions.
• Identify and work on system operation improvements in our global SAP landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Finance modules such as General Ledger and Project Systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers, peers, and team members.
• Ability to travel 10% in accordance with the Collins/RTX company policy.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.

• Experience in configuration in the following areas:
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivables
• Fixed Assets
• e-banking automation
• FSCM
• Tax
• Production support experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting.
• Analytical abilities and attention to detail are essential for analyzing financial data and resolving complex issues.
• Familiarity with SAP integrated tools and bolt-ons, such as Concur, One Source, OCR, and financial consolidation is a plus.
