Role Description
The scope of Retail Bank Operations is impressively broad and encompasses a wide range of critical functions:

Managing cash needs for branch and ATM networks

Printing and mailing important bank documents

Handling inbound and outbound collections for home lending, automobile, and card services

Focusing on loan mitigation and investor operations

Developing process improvement and automation opportunities

Overseeing daily processing of cash and check deposits and bill payments

Executing strategic quality management functions
As a Loan Credit Workout Analyst within PNC's Retail Bank Operations organization, you will be based remotely.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 PM ET
Qualifications

Attention to Detail
-
Experience with systems including MSP, LSS, SMDU, and/or FHLMC Resolve & FNMA LMS/SMDU decisioning tools
-
Experience in Credit Underwriting (experience calculating income and expenses) is strongly preferred
-
Experience in Loss Mitigation or Mortgage Default documentation

Experience in Mortgage collections
Requirements

Reviews the customer's income and expenses
-
Determines the legitimacy of the hardship and workout options available based on bank/investor guidelines
-
Reviews income, expense, and available product options
-
Assesses the customer's qualifications to facilitate appropriate action and minimize loss to the bank

Ensures account servicing according to policy to provide workout alternatives
-
Works with internal business partners to gather information and clarify inconsistencies
-
Monitors assigned work queues and workflows to ensure goals are met
-
Uses online systems to accurately document customer account information
