[Hiring] Life Insurance Case Design Analyst @NFP

Role Description

This is not a fine arts or IT programs design role. The ideal candidate will provide Case Design support to financial professionals by applying advanced product knowledge to develop quotes and create illustrations. This individual will also conduct additional fact-finding to thoroughly assess client needs and deliver comprehensive support to agents. In addition, they will equip advisors with detailed illustrations and training designed to help drive sales.

This role is open to a fully remote work arrangement Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm CT. When working from home, employees must:

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of life insurance products, planning techniques, illustration platforms, and CRM systems.
• Strong ability to serve as an internal sales resource for retail life products within key accounts.
• Skilled at identifying case elements that require special attention and recognizing opportunities for advisors.
• Industry experience that supports the ability to speak the advisor’s language and understand the competitive landscape.
• Ability to develop and maintain a strong understanding of DBS, our advisors, and our products.
• Strong relationships with internal and external clients, vendors, and industry organizations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or professional training preferred.
• Extensive experience providing sales desk support to agents in a BGA or home office environment.
• Strong life insurance knowledge, preferably gained in a Case Design role or brokerage agency setting.
• Experience with Winflex Web, Ensight, and Salesforce is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration

• Life & Health License preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
