What You’ll Do

• Consult & Educate: Learn to conduct financial discovery sessions with individuals and business owners to understand their "why."
• Strategic Planning: Build customized roadmaps using our suite of wealth accumulation and insurance solutions.
• Professional Development: Attend structured training sessions to master financial concepts and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Ethical Standards: Must be able to pass a standard soft background check.
• Legal Standing: Must be 18+ and a Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or hold a valid Work Permit with an SSN.
• Growth Mindset: Ability to complete state licensing requirements within 14 days (we provide the guidance).
• Communication: You should enjoy talking to people and have a "service-first" attitude.
