Role Description
Position is responsible for execution of SAP Financials solution and services including projects, enhancements and application support in collaboration with the Flowers business and internal IT partners and management.
Position will be responsible for multiple financial accounting subprocesses. The lead analyst will have business domain expertise in finance and management accounting and SAP functional expertise in multiple submodules of SAP such as:

Position requires an individual who is results oriented and value proposition driven.
Responsibilities

Prioritize project, enhancement and support requests with business and IT stakeholders and managing delivery.

Develop systems requirements, design, configure, prototype, work with IT teams to realize the change, work with finance users to test, train, define support procedures and roll out SAP FICO business solutions under multiple deadlines.

Create functional design documents for enhancements, integrations, and data conversions. Create business process functional diagrams, test plans, test scripts and training documentation.

Execute SAP FICO functional activities in partnership with Business Relationship Management, SAP CoE teams, SAP managed services providers and related 3rd party application service providers.

Ensure the consistency and maintainability of new and existing SAP financial and management accounting applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing technical and quality standards, guidance and reference architectures.

Assist in evaluation of functionality enhancements in SAP FICO upgrades and work with infrastructure and operations team in managing the roll-out of upgrades.

Assist analysts and developers in resolving issues.

Seek out continuous improvement opportunities and provide input and recommendations.

Continually assess the impact of emerging SAP and other IT technologies in the area of expertise against strategic business needs and interpret business value for the IT management.

Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including, but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
-
8+ years of progressive experience SAP FICO application design, development, quality assurance, testing, training, implementation and support processes.

1+ years of experience in an IT management and leadership role.

1+ full life-cycle SAP implementation in FICO and related integrations and bolt-ons such as SAP BPC (or Hyperion), Blackline, Vertex and other 3rd party supporting applications using ASAP, Agile and other SDLC methodologies.

Experience leading SAP FICO processes and integrating with end-to-end process design.

Experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients.

Full life-cycle SAP implementation in FICO experience in North America.

Experience integrating SAP FICO solutions into a broad array of non-legacy technologies and architectures.
Requirements

An undergraduate bachelor's or post graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or Business Administration. CPA preferred.
Salary
Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
