Role Description
In this role, you will support our IlluminateRx line of business by executing financial models, analyzing and interpreting data, supporting strategy development, implementing performance improvements and/or supporting project management activities to enhance engagement and value. You will lead a team that enables and empowers clients to realize measurable, sustainable improvements in their initiatives by driving utilization and adoption of RxB products & solutions.

Perform individual contributor functions, while managing the day-to-day work of up to 3 associates.

Execute annual financial models for both new and existing business.

Provide ad hoc analytical support to respond to pricing related inquiries.

Provide strategic pricing direction related to RFP pricing responses.

Analyze key metrics such as utilization and cost trend, marketplace events, regulatory changes, and other factors that impact pricing.

Provide leadership and direction to develop creative and innovative pricing solutions along with new program offerings.

Collaborate with IT on data, to facilitate model enhancements, custom analyses, data mining, and report generation.

Execute portions of assigned project plans; prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives.

Evaluate ideas for improving products/services/tools/methods in functional areas of focus.

Contribute to the development of intellectual capital materials (e.g., case studies).
Qualifications
-
3+ years of people leadership is required.
-
7+ years of pricing, actuarial, or underwriting experience is required.

5+ years at a PBM or PBM Consulting Firm is required.

3+ years analyzing/modeling/forecasting Commercial Pharmacy data required.

Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL (or other coding languages) required.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills required (i.e., analyze and interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights).

Experience with 340B, Pharmacy Revenue Integrity, Retail/Specialty Pharmacy, LDD, required.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills required.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges.
Preferred Skills/Experience

Regulatory knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy supply chain, and GPO contracting preferred.
