Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Financial Planning, Finance, or a related field, preferred
-
At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the financial planning industry as a Junior Paraplanner, Financial Planning Support professional, or Financial Planning Assistant

High proficiency in XPLAN, including Advice Wizard, Xtools+, Risk Researcher, and WealthSolver
-
Proficiency with superannuation platforms, including HUB24, Netwealth, and BT Panorama
-
Proficiency with insurance platforms, including TAL, AIA, Zurich, and NEOS/Encompass
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
Requirements

Document Preparation
-
Assist senior colleagues and financial advisers with the preparation of preliminary advice documents and reports in accordance with compliance standards.

Prepare Records of Advice (ROAs) for portfolio rebalancing, investments, redemptions, and file-note advice.

Prepare Restricted Statements of Advice (SOAs) for insurance-only advice, superannuation fund establishment, superannuation rollovers, concessional contributions, and non-concessional contributions.

Implementation Processing
-
Manage end-to-end implementation from lodgement through finalisation for superannuation applications, insurance applications, investment applications, and superannuation rollovers.

Client Application Management
-
Manage client applications, follow up with clients to collect required documentation, and provide timely updates on application progress.

Liaise with product providers and platforms to track application progress and resolve outstanding requirements.
