Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Bookkeeper to support UK-based clients with their financial administration needs. This is a fully remote, entry-level position — no prior bookkeeping experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You will learn to manage financial records, process invoices, and assist with reconciliations from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately
• Assist with bank reconciliations and account maintenance
• Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
• Support month-end reporting and financial administration
• Liaise with clients and internal teams on financial queries

Qualifications

• Matric certificate with Maths or Accounting (advantageous)
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer literacy — Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• No prior bookkeeping experience needed — full training provided

Requirements

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace
• Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
