[Hiring] Junior Accounting Specialist @PwC

Role Description

This role offers hands-on experience, structured training, and daily work with real accounting processes.

• Support accounting processes for international companies within Central and Eastern Europe.
• Process invoices and payment documents under supervision and according to internal procedures.
• Prepare data for financial statements and the general ledger.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues and learn how month-end processes work.
• Communicate with English-speaking clients on routine operational matters.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English – B2 level and higher.
• Experience in a similar or an accounting position is an advantage but not required.
• Sense of detail and precision required.
• Strong organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities.
• Self-starter capable of deciding what needs to be done without being told.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in economics, finance, or accounting.
