[Hiring] Junior Accountant @VargasAndrews LLC

Role Description

As a Junior Accountant at VargasAndrews, you will be an integral part of our accounting delivery team supporting U.S.-based clients across the full accounting cycle. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where precision, accountability, and a genuine drive to improve are non-negotiable.

You will work alongside Senior Accountants and Fractional Controllers who will guide and develop you. If you are meticulous, curious, and motivated to work at the intersection of accounting and technology, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus)
• 3 to 4 years of accounting work experience
• Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
• Excellent report writing, communication, and computer application skills
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel
• Critical thinker with high proficiency in mathematical reasoning
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with AI tools or process automation is a plus
• Must be amenable to working on a U.S. Pacific Time schedule

• $800 – $1,000 / month (All-In | Independent Contractor)
