Role Description
As our IR Analyst, you won't just be pushing paperβyou will be an integral part of our strategic narrative. You will help bridge the gap between our internal financial performance and the external investment community (buy-side analysts, sell-side analysts, and shareholders).
We are looking for a unique hybrid: someone who has a foundational grip on finance, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, research, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Quarterly Earnings Support:

Assist in drafting earnings releases, scripts, presentation decks (PowerPoint), and Q&A prep documents.

AI & Workflow Innovation:

Actively utilize and experiment with AI tools to streamline market research, sentiment analysis of peer transcripts, and initial drafting of IR materials.

Financial Modeling & Data Management:

Maintain and update internal consensus models, track shareholder ownership changes, and analyze trading activity.

Market & Competitor Intelligence:

Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry news, and peer company disclosures (earnings, press releases, regulatory filings) to provide actionable insights.

Investor CRM Management:

Manage our investor database, track interactions, and help coordinate logistics for investor conferences, roadshows, and meetings.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

Open to stellar recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or traditional corporate communications).

Strong familiarity with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or financial-specific AI platforms) and a desire to integrate them into daily workflows.

High proficiency in Excel (modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (building clean, visually compelling, data-driven decks).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Insatiable intellectual curiosity; proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

Familiarity with financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, CapIQ, or Quartr).

Prior internship experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate FP&A.

A basic understanding of SEC filing requirements (10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks).
