Role Description
We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong work ethic. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment with the initiative to work independently. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are required.

Serve as a primary contact for a high volume of retail investors, addressing account questions, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Develop and apply strong working knowledge of Fundrise's products, investment structures, and strategies to accurately and confidently support investors.

Evaluate our current AI tools and responses to identify gaps, improve the customer experience, and drive team efficiency.

Work with the Fundrise team to develop systematic methods for scaling our business and further supporting our growing investor base.
Qualifications

1+ year of prior customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.

An understanding of the impact of positive, proactive customer service on brand loyalty and customer retention.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Comfort working independently while staying closely coordinated with a team.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desire to learn about Fundrise products and investment strategies.
Requirements

Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Business or related field (preferred).

Prior customer service experience in real estate or financial services (preferred).
