Role Description
As an Investor Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for performing basic reconciliation projects, reviewing various investor reports, schedules, and reports related to the servicing of loans. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
The approved starting pay for this role is $31-$36 per hour.
What You’ll Do

Reconciles actual/actual, scheduled/actual and scheduled/scheduled investor principal and interest and taxes and insurance bank accounts, ensuring that the 30-day deadline required by Regulation AB is met.

Researches and provides resolution of reconciling items within 90 days, as required by Regulation AB.

Analyzes remittance differences between investor accounting reports, the loan servicing system and remittance reports to maintain appropriate cash in custodial accounts.

Validates data coming from other departments and works with those departments to resolve any discrepancies, e.g., modification reports and liquidation reports.

Supports other team members as needed to meet deadlines for reporting.

Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Working knowledge of Investor Reporting

High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred

One (1) to three (3) years of related experience, including investor accounting and/or reporting, required.

Great attention to detail and organizational skills

Intermediate Excel and Access database skills
