Position: Investment Banking Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $1,750–$2,150 per completed task

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling, valuation methodologies, pitch materials, and deal structuring.
• Create realistic scenarios based on investment banking workflows such as deal screening, due diligence, and syndication processes.
• Annotate, label, and validate data across investment banking use cases like financial statement analysis and capital structure optimization.
• Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas like SEC regulations, deal documentation, and financial terminology.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for financial services AI.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• 3+ years of professional experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, middle market, or regional investment bank.
• Background in areas such as M&A advisory, equity or debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or restructuring.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate deal workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.
• Preferred:
• Series 7, 63, 79 or CFA designation.
• Experience in industry coverage groups like TMT, healthcare, industrials, or FIG.
