• Dispatch directly from your home to your assigned job sites.
• Take ownership of your daily schedule by coordinating and managing client appointments.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual audits.
• Carefully review payroll records, financial documents, and business operations data.
• Analyze information to ensure accuracy and compliance with insurance standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, loan officer, or premium audit position.
• Office administration or financial analysis experience is beneficial.
• Associate degree (or higher) in math, accounting, education, marketing, or business management is preferred.
• Proficiency with technology, computers, video conference software, and Microsoft-based programs.
• Professional attitude, team spirit, and effective verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-starter mentality with resourceful problem-solving skills and a drive to meet targets.
