Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Insurance Auditor in Fargo, ND to deliver accurate, high-quality audit services while building meaningful professional relationships. In this role, you'll take ownership of your work, collaborate with clients, and contribute to a growing, respected organization. You can expect to earn $42,000–$55,000 yearly.

This opportunity offers flexible scheduling with full-time options, working either 8 am–5 pm or 7 am–4 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Organize client appointments and maintain a structured schedule.
• Conduct both on-site and virtual audits.
• Thoroughly review payroll data, financial records, and operational documents.
• Evaluate information to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Apply critical thinking to every report you complete.
• Prepare clear, organized audit documentation that supports both clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with technology, computers, video conference software, and Microsoft-based programs.
• Professional attitude, team spirit, and effective verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-starter mentality with resourceful problem-solving skills and a drive to meet targets.

Requirements

• Associate degree (or higher) in a subject like accounting, mathematics, education, marketing, or business - education is weighted more than experience!
• Accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, financial analysis, or premium audit experience.
• Experience as a loan officer or office manager.
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
